GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR AUCTION

1.) Auction is a voluntary activity. Every person complying with legal and the below mentioned conditions can take part in aution, it means under real name and on his/her own account. Subject of the auction is philatelistic material - it means postage stamps and entireties as well as whole colections, arrangements or parts; collectioning aids and literature (further only "tickets". It is possible to take part in the auction personally, by order, in the hall or by means of written order. The date and place of the auction is determined in the auction catalogue.

2.) The organizer of the auction is ALFILIP auctions, s.r.o., Havlíkova 12, 737 01 eský Tšín, tel./fax: 00420 558 711871. e-mail: alfil@silesnet.cz, www.alfil.cz.

3.) Particular tickets destined for sell by such means are described in the catalogue. For more detailed infomation about the description of particular tickets look at the list of used abbrevations.

4.) Limits of reserve or upset price are the lowest selling prices which are reasonable for the seller. Raising of the offers is determined by the scale:

Up to 100,- K .............. 10,- K (Czech crowns)
Up to 500,- K .............. 20,- K
Up to 1000,- K ............ 50,- K
Up to 5000,- K ........... 100,- K
Up to 10000,- K ......... 200,- K
More than 10000,- K ... 500,- K

In case the amount does not correspond to the scale, then it will be rounded to the nearest lower price. Ticket will be sold to the one, who offers the highest amount. Ticket is sold in the latest offer, which is not increased even after the triple call. Selling price is highest offer. In case there are two or more offers at the same price, then the ticket is sold to the one, whose offer was delivered to the address of the company earlier (decisive is the date of the stamp, in case of e-mails or faxes the date of sending is decisive). In case of auction halls, the order in the auction hall takes precedence over the order delivered in a different way (by post, fax or e-mail). If there are some misunderstandings during the sell by auction, the organizer of the auction can withdraw the ticket from the public sale or put it up for auction again.

5.) 10% additional charge and single fee (lump-fee) are added to the resulting price for every charged ticket. In case of ticket sent by mail, we charge lump sum for parcelling up and postal charges to the extend of 100,-K (for CZ, PL, SK, 250,-K Europe, 500,-K Oversea). The organizer of auction is not a VAT payer and that is why this tax is not added to the resulting price.

6.) Date of the final deadline of the written orders for this edition of the catalogue was fixed to date in a catalog of auction.

7.) After the auction the invoice for the gained goods will be made out. The invoice is due to the present participants in the hall immediatelly after the end of auction, by written orders up to 7 days after its delivery. Auctioned off material will be sent by certified mail or in registered letter. If requested, the material will be sent as C.O.D. parcel with the supplemented invoice (only in the Czech Republic). If you do not get the invoice or the consignement with the ordered goods, the price offered by you was beaten by higher offer.

8.) It is possible to complain about such defective goods, which are not visible in the description or depicted in the catalogue. It is also impossible to complain about the position of the postage stamps or stamps on entireties, tickets with the mark "for looking", "quality for looking", as well as whole collections, parts and arrangements. Complaining term is 10 days after sending of consignment, complained tickets must be returned in the registered letter (not in C.O.D. parcel).

9.) Company ALFIL guarentees all its customers and prospective buyers equal conditions, absolute solidity, respectability and discretion, including guarantee for quantity, quality and authenticity according to description of the particular item in the catalogue.

10.) Legal relations, the subject of which is auctional mediation of purchase and selling of goods, are driven by valid regulations and the above mentioned points.
